Terms of Service

Last updated 7 September 2026. These terms govern your use of The Dose Kitchen mobile app and this website. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Who we are

The Dose Kitchen is operated by THE SEVEN HOUSE FAMILY PROJECT MANAGEMENT L.L.C., Duja Tower, Office 9, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@thedose.kitchen.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.

3. Your account

• Your account is identified by your mobile number, and you sign in with a one-time passcode sent to you. Keep access to that number and to your device secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at hello@thedose.kitchen if you believe someone else is using it.
• Please hold only one account, and give us accurate details. We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
• You may close your account at any time — see section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it and the kitchen begins preparation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, your address falls outside a delivery zone, a branch is closed, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are not charged.

Menu items, options and availability change. Photographs are illustrative. Weights and calorie figures are approximate.

5. Allergens

Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish. We take allergen notes seriously and pass them to the kitchen, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of an allergen, and we cannot accept liability on that basis. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to the branch directly before ordering.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are ordering in and include VAT. Any delivery fee or municipality fee is shown separately before you pay.
• The total shown at checkout is what you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
• Payment is taken through our payment providers, Network International and Stripe. Your card details are handled by them, not by us.
• If payment is not completed, the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.

7. Collection and delivery

Delivery is available only within the zone around each branch, which the app checks against your saved address before you order. Times shown are estimates and depend on traffic, weather and kitchen load; they are not guaranteed.

Please make sure the address and contact number are correct, and that someone can receive the order. If a courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be treated as delivered and no refund given.

8. Cancellations, problems and refunds

• Because food is prepared fresh to order, you cannot cancel once the kitchen has started preparing it.
• If we cancel your order, or fail to deliver it, we refund you in full to the original payment method.
• If something is missing, incorrect or not of satisfactory quality, contact us at hello@thedose.kitchen within 24 hours of delivery. Where a complaint is upheld we will refund or replace the affected items.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law.

9. Loyalty points

• Points are earned on eligible spend and can be redeemed against future orders at the rate shown in the app, subject to a daily redemption cap.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts, and are forfeited if your account is closed.
• If an order is refunded or reversed, the points earned on it are removed and any points you redeemed are returned.
• We may change the earn and redemption rates, or end the programme, on reasonable notice in the app.

10. Gift cards, meal plans and member pricing

• Gift cards may be used only in the app, expire on the date shown, and are not exchangeable for cash. Unspent balance at expiry is forfeited.
• Meal plans renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period.
• Member pricing applies only while a linked SEVEN membership is valid and active. If it lapses, standard prices apply.
• Discounts, member pricing and promotional codes cannot be combined unless the app says otherwise.

11. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the service: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping or copying it, abusing promotions or referral codes, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend or close an account that does.

12. Our content

The app and this website, including their names, logos, text, images and software, belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to order from us as a customer.

13. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
